Consultation
We offer on site consultations and in home meeting for your convinience!
When provided the site address, we research the property’s zoning information prior to the meeting to keep you informed and to assist managing the building within its means. Next, we start discussing what you want to do with your building and how we can utilize the entirety of any existing items or the best, suitable location for your building to go.
If there are any issues with zoning provisions or regulations, we assist in providing proposal drawings for your zoning application.
Proposal Drawings
We start pulling together your floor plans and elevation, discussing how you want rooms to connect to each other and how to make your building best suit you. Whether you have a floor plan or not, we work together to concieve building and give regular updates so to confirm the floor plans to move on to the next phase. We pride ourselves with listening to our clients completely to make this design reflect you with the desired amount of pop!

Working Drawings
The dicision making is done and now all you need to do is relax!
Here is where you can start contacting builders or you search for the perfect products, and for us to kick it into high gear. During this process, we draw out all applicable plans and add all required information for all contractors, material estimators and your local building and planning departments to understand how this building is going to be erected. As we complete a page of the package, we send a draft copy for you and your contractor to review and comment to keep the process going, addressing any questions or items that are subject to change.
Ready for Permit
Congradulations! Here is your drawing package to get your Building Permit!
Your completed package comes with 3 copies of the drawings: 2 for the building department and 1 for your contractor to get your material package together. We also provide an electroic copy for your records for any future developements or if any of the 3 original copies are lost or destroyed. Your Building Permit will also require an Energy Efficiency form and Designer form from us.
We strongly believe in good professional relations with every building department so that if any deficiencies arise in the permit review, everyone can confidently advise on the best solution.
